StarHead is a personal brand I created in 2023. The art is inspired by skate culture and young-adult human experience, the stars representing soul and character.
My goal is to eventually bring these designs into clothing and other products.
Masters Grad Collage was a fun little project I did as I was graduating from my Masters program. I was annoyed that I had to pay for my cap and gown so I decided I needed to make the most of it, and treat like any clothing.
This is a collection of photos showing my everyday activities while wearing the clothes that I payed for. Of course I added my own little spice and ties to my program, including overlays of notes and sketches from my notebook.
Album Covers are a very core part of my love for music and design. This love started at the free bin at my local record store, where 50-60's music was the only thing I would take home to listen to. There is so much story and identity that can absorbed from the cover art, and I want to be apart of making that.
I really want to design album covers, merch, and visual identities for music artists, this is a start to that.
Kurt Vonnegut Book Covers was a project I had during my design foundations class in my masters program. The goal was to redesign and a classic book cover using photo collage. After researching the stories and making a ton of iterations, I designed these three covers.
The hands represent the core themes of the stories, with more of background displayed within the hands. We also redesigned the spine, back, the colors, font, while implementing the original pieces like the barcode.
Vans Over The Wall is a brand campaign project exploring the core of skate culture, rebellion and using obstacles as opportunities. Vans was seen to be losing their core values and the campaign was re-engaging with their community and the culture that they were founded on.
The art and direction was inspired by a large mural that was painted on a section of the border wall and a skateboarder jumping over the great wall of china.
Kais Silverwear is a spoon jewerly brand I started because I really wanted jewerly but really didn't have the money to buy it. Instead I started thrifting silverware and using the makerspace at my school to cut and bend it into rings.
From this I have made lots of commissions and developed my craft into my own brand.
TEDXCU is a club at the University of Colorado Boulder that puts on a TEDx event every year. We are split into several teams that are responsible for things like marketing, partneships, stage design, and more. I was on the marketing team and was responsible for creating the branding and physical merch to promote the event.
I was able to design many stickers, hoodies, keychains, and postcards, while also acting in what ever videos I was voluntold to be in.
Creative Mornings Boulder is a monthly creative event that is apart a global network of events. I have been voluntering with the Boulder chapter since they got started in August of 2025, helping with photography, setting up, and now some co-hosting. I have also been able to attend the Denver chapter most months.
I have also been able to attend the Denver chapter most months, and hope to attend more outside of Colorado.
The Acrocats is a travleing cat circus that I volunteer for with my family. I help set up the stage, bring in the performers, and do general consessions and merch.
The last event I volunteered for I offered to take photos of the performance so they could use them for their website and social media.
